PAYMENT TERMS and TUITION RATES
- BDA Dance is a monthly charge.
- Tuition is due on all accounts on the 1st of every month.
- Monthly payments are due at your first class of each month.
- All accounts must be paid before the 15th of every month.
- Delinquent accounts will receive a statement.
- Once the account has reached $100.00, a final statement will be sent to the individual responsible for the account. Upon receiving that, the individual will have 14 days to pay the balance in full.
Failure to pay the balance will result in your child’s class attendance being suspended IMMEDIATELY until balance is paid in full. This rule will be strictly enforced! - We accept Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard.
- You may set up an automatic payment using your Visa or Mastercard. See Carolyn in the front office for details.
- Students should only drop class at the beginning of each month since tuition will not be refunded nor applied to other classes. If at any time you need to withdraw your child, you must NOTIFY THE OFFICE IN WRITING prior to the month of withdrawal. Non-attendance is not considered withdrawal from class. Monthly charges continue and tuition due until we receive written notification.
- A fee of $25.00 per item will be charged for Returned Checks for any reason. If an account processes 2 returned checks per dance year (Sept. 06 - Aug. 07), we will then only accept Cash or Money Order.

30/45 Minute Class $10.00 per class
60 Minute Class $12.00 per class
75 Minute Class $15.00 per class
90 Minute Class $18.00 per class
STUDENT DISCOUNT CHART
3 hours per week 5% discount
4-5 hours per week 10% discount
5 ¼-7 hours per week 15% discount
7 ¼ + hours per week 20% discount
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR MISSED LESSONS - MAKEUP LESSONS ARE OPTIONAL
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR LESSONS DROPPED DURING A CURRENT
